We've crafted a dessert version of the traditional French pastry, the Opera.
The harmony of chocolate and coffee, crispy cookies and smooth chocolate cream, with the almond biscuit inside soaked in a syrup blending coffee and the malt whisky “Yamazaki 12 Years.”
Please enjoy this slightly more sophisticated opera.

Charlotte, a traditional French dessert, reimagined as a Japanese spring-inspired dessert. Inside the fluffy biscuit lies a matcha parfait and water-based shingen mochi made with sencha tea from Kamikubo Tea Garden. Combining the tea ceremony spirit of “harmony, respect, purity, and tranquility” with cherry blossoms, strawberries, and the Japanese gin “Roku,” this dish embodies the full splendor of spring.
