watermelon parfait
¥1,250We used luxurious watermelon, which is perfect for summer, to create a French-style shaved ice dessert called “granite.” It features a jiggly blancmange, a jelly made with berry-scented green tea called “Symphonie,” and chocolate chips that look like watermelon seeds as an accent.
